Engineered Building Plans & What They Cover
Many jurisdictions require site specific stamped plans before issuing a building permit for a steel structure. Valhalla can provide site specific stamped plans from our manufacturer partners — produced by a licensed engineer for your specific building size, wind and snow load region, and foundation requirements.
Local permitting is the responsibility of the property owner and/or their contractor. Requirements vary significantly by state, county, city, and project type. Additional documents — such as site plans, surveys, soil reports, architectural drawings, or zoning approvals — may be required by your jurisdiction and are outside the scope of Valhalla's building documents.
